More Wireless Access Points
From HPE
The HPE R4H17A is an Aruba 570 Series AP-575 indoor wireless access point representing the pinnacle of indoor Wi-Fi 6 performance within the Aruba enterprise access point portfolio. Delivering an exceptional 4.80 Gigabits per second throughput on the 5GHz band using 8-spatial-stream MU-MIMO and OFDMA technology, this access point is purpose-engineered for the most demanding indoor high-density environments, including large auditoriums, convention centers, trading floors, and enterprise open-plan offices with hundreds of concurrent wireless clients.
The R4H17A is equipped with a 2.5GBase-T PoE+ primary uplink providing 2.5 Gigabits per second wired backhaul bandwidth, a critical requirement for an access point delivering 4.80Gbits wireless capacity where a standard Gigabit uplink would create a serious performance bottleneck. The secondary PoE port supports daisy-chain deployment of co-located devices such as IP cameras, environmental sensors, or digital signage controllers at the same ceiling or wall installation point as the access point.
The AP-575 delivers 4.80 Gbps 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 with 8 spatial streams and 2.5GBase-T uplink, designed for ultra-high-density indoor environments.
At 4.80Gbits wireless capacity, a standard 1Gbps uplink creates a severe backhaul bottleneck; 2.5GBase-T provides 2.5Gbps to reduce this.
The AP-575 uses 8 spatial streams with MU-MIMO, enabling simultaneous high-throughput links to the maximum number of wireless clients.
Both are AP-575 models in the Aruba 570 Series. They may differ in regional certification or bundle content; verify specifics with HPE.
The R4H17A integrates with Aruba Central cloud management and Aruba wireless controllers for centralized enterprise indoor Wi-Fi management.
