Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below for more information.

RETURNS

• Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be new or slightly used, with all original components and packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including your proof of purchase, and send it to:

Please note that returns are sent by post, a prepaid downloadable return label is provided, and refunds are processed within 30 days.

A 50% restocking fee applies to returns except for defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments, and may apply in the following cases:

• Missing or replaced components
• Item found non-defective after a DOA claim
• RMA requests submitted after the warranty period (approved only in specific cases within 30–45 days)
• Damaged or tampered packaging

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from receipt of your return for processing. You will receive a notification by email once your return has been completed.

The following conditions may lead to a replacement denial:

• Mismatch between the returned item and the details on the RMA form.
• Physical damage or tampering with the product.
